For our business clients who need to order frequently, we have a bespoke order management system that allows you to place new and track existing orders. This live portal gives you access to completed certificates, appointment times, case notes and other useful information when dealing with regular orders.
It takes less than a minute to place an order through the portal. The case then automatically gets assigned to the local energy assessor/property professional who will make contact with the client within 24 hours. An appointment will be made, usually within 1-3 working days of the order and we will email you with confirmation of the time and date. Once complete, the property certificate will be uploaded to the portal and you will receive email notification
